TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN SISWA SDN 14 PALANGKA RAYA TENTANG JAJANAN SEHAT
ABSTRACT
Snacks at school are an effort to ensure that children able to make appropriate consumption decisions and be protected from the dangers of unhealthy snacks. The selection of snacks that are not of good quality is a problem that is a major concern in the community, especially food containing hazardous chemicals in the market, canteens, and food vendors around schools which are important agents that make children consume unhealthy snacks. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of SDN 14 Palangka Raya students about healthy snacks because with a good understanding of healthy snacks, it is expected to prevent students from choosing unquality snacks while at school. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach so that the results are in the form of a percentage which is then interpreted in the form of "Good", "Medium", or "Low" criteria. The research was conducted on fourth and fifth grade students at SDN 14 Palangka Raya. The results showed that the percentage level of knowledge of SDN 14 Palangka Raya students about healthy snacks was 85% and included in the "Good" criteria.
